This company came HIGHLY recommended by a contractor who does high-end remodeling in the Palm Springs/L.A. communities of Brentwood, Beverly Hills and Malibu and who has purchased repeatedly from FX Cabinets. ....Good start!
1st meeting was w/ JASON OH by phone who quickly put together a preliminary cabinet design for a kitchen & 2 ba order. 2 mos. later, I walked through their doors to see their lovely statuary w/their reference to their lovely culture. Truly, the inspiration embodied in the statuary was what was to come with all of these lovely people! I was greeted by kind, lovely ladies at the desk who directed me upstairs to Jason who was just finishing up with a prior customer. SAMUEL seeing me looking about, stopped what he was doing to be of assistance giving me a color sample and answering my questions. JASON met with me, made the needed changes to accomplish the final order and sent me on my way to be helped by CONNIE to complete the order. She was very cordial and very helpful. She sent me on my way with my 10' Uhaul truck to pick up my order....something I still can't quite grasp....buy and pick up same day! JULIO greeted me profusely that I'd "be helped soon" to which I was.....very soon!! Both he and GERARDO built the load on pallets and loaded with care after the order was inventoried. I realized the need to exchange so was hand delivered to ALLIE who started the process then sent me back to KIMI & LILY who finalized the changes. The exchange of components was made. JULIO & GERARDO made sure the load was secure to travel to PALM DESERT. It made it just fine guys!!! No shifting whatsoever. My thanks to FX & all their fine team!!! 谢 谢 XIE XIE
